Little Leaders (My Spectrum Plan)
Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions coverns the use and supply of the Little Leaders platform:

1. Access to the platform is done at own risk.
2. Little Leaders will at all times endeavor to protect all information that is shared, used and displayed on the platform.
3. Companies listed or making use of the platform will do so at own risk.
4. Access and use of the platform can be restricted or revoked at any time by the discretion of Little Leaders.
5. The platform should not be used to steal, copy or in any way/form or manner solicitate or attempt any manner of fraud or illegal action against individuals, corporates or any other form of entity and/or private individuals.
6. With accepting access and accepting these terms and conditions you are also acknowledging that you can and will be held accountable for your actions when using and accessing the platform. This means you can and will be prosecuted should you have violated any of the South African laws or regulations.

Application

1. This Application is intended for the displaying of registered My Spectrum Plan user information on handheld/Android/Apple devices.
2. Access to the app is given by My Spectrum Plan and can be revoked, blocked or cancelled at any time without any warning.
3. My Spectrum Plan reserves the right to publish, display and communicate with their clients via the app. Information can be shared in a responsible manner with affiliates and 3rd parties as to establish a more user friendly experience. In no way will Names, Addresses or email accounts be shared willingly nor sold to 3rd parties. Should sensitive data leak due to a security breach or any other way not known at the moment My Spectrum Plan will examine the cause of these attacks and will to the best of their ability prosecute the charges laid against individuals, affiliates and or companies responsible for these attacks.
4. The app is intended to assist clients with basic information but also to assist My Spectrum Plan in rendering a more complete and satisfying user experience.
5. Features on the app will be used at own risk although My Spectrum Plan endeavors to ensure service reliability.
6. Each registered client that installs the app hereby acknowledges that they will use the app in the manner it was intended and to not in any way deviate, copy, disrupt nor exploit any feature or system error.
7. Clients take responsibility for actions taken on the app and can or will be lawfully responsible for any or all actions taken on the app.
8. It is the responsibility of the users to notify My Spectrum Plan of any and all possible issues or service errors. My Spectrum Plan will have the responsibility to ensure these issues/errors are corrected and that clients will be notified about such changes and amendments.
